Hi could somebody help please,

My car won't start sometimes when my abs and anti skid lights come on,I have put it in computer and no faults are coming up atall....I then try and bump the car which normally works and then starts, but yesterday it wouldn't start just sounded as if it was trying to start but no final turn over in there

Thanks for being in touch with the forum.

Sorry to be a pain, but I’m having difficulty in understanding the symptoms. 
Is the starter motor turning the engine over enthusiastically, but I still won’t start, or is the starter motor turning the engine over sluggishly?

 Could try changing brake light switch. Had a similar problem on my b7 convertible.
