Looking at new tyres for my D3 A8 4.2 tdi. Currently on the Yokohama Advans that were on it when I bought it. Thinking Michelin Pilot 4’s as replacements. Do a 400 mile round trip once a fortnight across moors and motorways, a little bit of town driving in between. Any thoughts on best choice for tyres?

Pending replies from others:- I’m certainly not one who wants to drive around corners to an extent where tyres are tested to near limits, so my choice of Michelins on a lasting and ‘confidence’ basis may not be be that much of a recommendation, but……..
