I put brand new after market 19 inch rotary alloys on my 2016 A4 (b9) 2.0 tdi and there's a howling sound when i turn the wheel 75% and beyond whilst driving above 10mph. I put wheel spacers on but no change. Theres no signs of rubbing or bearing issues. To me, it sounds like wind passing through the alloy spokes as the pulsating noise gets quicker the faster i go.
