Brief research would suggest "B20100" (sometimes shows up with explanation "Basic Settings Missing") equates to one of the Flap Motors having an issue, or having failed entirely... And as it is the flaps that move to mix hot/cold air to give you the desired temperatures, that would seem to match your symptoms. I can't even imagine how much work it is to dig out and replace one of those behind all that dashboard! I hope you find a cheap fix...
