hello,just i buy a used a 4 .2tdi 190 manual ,and i have vibration when is park in neutral gear, and i feel some vibration when i keep  my hand on gear shift and i run on  road ,  guy from dealership tell me is normal because the engine and gear is longitudinal, is that true. tnx

Wouldn't say a vibration to be normal. How long have you had the car? 

Might be worth you getting a second opinion. 

Could it be a gearbox mount I wonder? 

just i buy car today, i believe as well is not normal, car have 60k mile.is possible to be a mount or  flywheel

You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. I'd recommend another garage opinion for evidence of the issue.
