Issues with radio on A3

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I've just bought my first car and I stupidly forgot to check that the radio worked correctly. ☹️

The radio will turn on but none of the buttons work, e.g. to change the station, or to access AUX.

Does anyone know what the issue might be and how to fix it? Should I replace the whole radio?

Thanks,

Elena

Elena.

If the radio was removed before you bought it, or the battery was disconnected at some point, you may have to enter the four digit radio code to make it work. That code will be in the handbook that came with the car.

Sorry for the slow reply.

Thank you so much! I will try this today 🙂
