Hi it probably needs a fan control unit, the silver box on the fan pack, some you can just replace others come as the whole lot fans and control boxes, get the numbers off of your unit and look around, the other thing to look at is the coolant temp sensor as that can cause the same problem, best policy get it scanned for faults first.
