I probably shouldn’t be commenting, but I feel my knowledge of pricing of 9 year old private-sale ( no warranty) cars is sadly lacking - it seems.

Sorry, what I mean is that I’m surprised a 9 year old A3 is valued as high as your asking price in a private sale. 
As I said, I certainly could be out of touch and wrong, but some on-line pricing enquiry such as Parker’s, may prove me wrong - or right.

Interesting, I was looking at autotrader and going based on those prices. For S-line saloon at this mileage, they're going way higher?

Also, I just checked motorway.co.uk, and they're saying 11.7k. I'm really hoping someone can give me 12k in all honesty.

Correct me if I am wrong, I thought the used car market was at an all-time high?

no worries, worst comes to worse, I can always reduce the price. I'm hoping someone comes and haggles with me anyway.
