Squashman Posted August 9, 2023 Share Posted August 9, 2023 Hi, I recently purchased an A5 Sportback, it was underpriced and I am starting to find out why now and rectifying as I go. My main concern though is that I have found out from my local garage who was checking the turbo for me (one of the things I was worried about) it has a DPF delete (I think from Darkside Developments). They have informed me it will not pass an MOT like this and they would definitely fail it if I took it back there. I live in the Lancaster area, has anyone had this issue previously and any suggestions on getting it through an MOT? I really don't want to have to put a DPF back in. I have to say this 3.0 drives great and is significantly faster than the A5 coupe 2.7 I had previously, so it has probably been mapped as well. any help or advice is much appreciated.
