Airbag Fuse Location, Airbag light

Featured Replies

Hi, I have an A5 2012 sdi coupe, I have recently bought a front and rear dashcam, before hardwiring into my fuse box I tested it with the cigarette attachment that came with the camera,

After plugging it in I heard a what sounded like a shorting out noise that came from my cigarette lighter area. After that my airbag light has come on and also my start stop function is saying

its not available plus some other annoying issues. I have tried to find the airbag fuse but I am struggling to find the correct fuse location as my handbook is telling me one thing but there is no airbag

fuse located there, I have scoured the internet to find one thats the same as mine but no joy.

I have plugged an OBD into my car and it has come up with a fault code relating to the Restraint control Module, this is also located in the centre consul area.

Any Ideas Guys before I commit to the professionals,

Thanks Nick
