Allergy Posted December 16, 2023 Share Posted December 16, 2023 Was driving in a rainy day, and suddenly whipers just stopped in the middle of windscreen. Then stoped to chek, and was able to hear the wipers motor is working, but wipers not. Tried to move wipers manually, but cant. After that came back left car for 20mins, then started again. Wipers moved abit and stoped, but again was able to hear the motor is works. And the motor stops making noice only when i remove key from ignition switch. Magnet Posted December 17, 2023 Share Posted December 17, 2023 Welcome David, Have you, or someone else removed the wiper arms and checked whether the spindles are rotating or not. If not, then someone has to remove the panel which covers the linkage. Perhaps you would let us know how you get on. Kind regards, Gareth.
