Not starting P172300 fault code

A6 c7 manual 2.0 tdi cglc not starting. 

Code p172300 

Replaced clutch master cylinder thinking the switch was at fault... Issue still there. 

All related  fuses and relays checked. 

 

Any thoughts? 

do you get this error on the dashboard:

"Engine start system fault. Please contact workshop"
