Rattaling knocking from under front wheel

Plz can anyone help im at my witsend finding the rattle knocking coming from under the front when driving over uneven road surfuce.s no gariges can find the problm . Evrything looks fine on inspection thats all im getn told..plz plz can any help 2017 a5 coupe 20.tdi

Welcome and thanks for joining. 

Not wanting to come over as being unhelpful, but any attempt to diagnose the cause of such noises, without access to the car, simply boils down to guesswork. 
‘No garages can find the problem…’ Have you had it inspected by an MOT station? 
Pure guess - anything from ARB links/bushes to top suspension mounts, and anything in between.

Or thanks gareth .much appriseated cheers..you have given me a new lead with arb links.now thats one non ov the mecanics have mentioned..i wunder????

Hi Darren, I’m having the same problem with my 2014 TT now. Did you ever get to the bottom of this? 
 

Taken the car to a German car specialist. New ARB links and all new top mounts fitted but still this knocking persists over uneven road/bumps.
