Codiak Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 I had similar on an old Fiesta, you could try cleaning the sensor with electrical contact cleaner first. It didn't look it but once removed and sprayed the amount of dirt on the ground was something! just be sure to let it dry out before putting it back in Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Codiak Posted April 18 Share Posted April 18 I aint seen the sensor on an A3 yet as I only got mine at the weekend. it should be somewhere between your intake and the air filter box - on my fiesta I took the part out and cleaned it. plenty videos on youtube tho on how to check your MAF sensor to rule it out.
