Hi all, I need urgent help, I had a crankcase pressure when I removed the oil cap, it pulled the oil cap, so the mechanic has asked me to change the PCV, job done but it  still has the same pressure, so after he checked again advice to change the part number 06H103464L corresponds to an oil separator (oil trap crankcase breather), I have spent a lot of money but I am not sure there is 2nd oil separator responsible for this issue, part looks like this https://www.europaparts.com/oil-separator-06h103464l.html,   

the car has symptoms-  need to top upthe  oil, smoke is not normal, fuel consumption, oil in the intake manifold.

Whereabouts in the UK are you, and why are you suggesting parts from an American supplier? Are you aware that USA spec cars are different to UK and European spec cars?

Hi cliff, , I am in London, and this is the part number the mechanic gave me,  I called Audi with the part number, and they said,  this part works with PVC,  I can't see this part from outside, mechanic says it is near the water pump, 

The only comment I will make on that part is that it is unsuitable for your car according to the supplier you quoted. Q3 2013 is not listed. I am not in any case convinced an oil separator is going to solve the problem of crankcase pressure if you have changed the PCV, or EGR valve as it is called here.

Furthermore I don't see why you would buy any part from America given the scale of postage costs across the Atlantic.

but, mechanic said it is near the water pup area, can't see ,  I don't know really this is the case my car has such issue,  or turbo issue

I am not saying anything of the sort; I am saying I don't believe an oil separator will solve the problem of crankcase pressure.

I suggest you get a diagnosis and second opinion from a different garage before committing any money.
