Reverse Camera

Anyone have any ideas or starting points on why the reverse camera has fainted line?

Ideally car needs scanned with VCDS to see if there's error codes attached. Next I'd look at camera/handle module to see there's no water ingress. Valeo rear wipers are known to fail sending windscreen washer fluid into tailgate. Will mean stripping out rear tailgate trim - there are YouTube videos online. I don't know specifically about Q7 nut on A4 it's usually a couple of torx screws and metal clips. Anti-marring trim tools are useful to get purchase.

Could their be any possible connection from the reverse camera to the front fuse box location at passenger side?

only noticed reverse camera flickering and a blocked sunroof drain causing damp passenger footwell on same day. Drains Should be now. But still a flickering reverse camera
