Hi, I have bought a 68 plate Q7 50 3.0 V6. Great car and have covered 400 miles or so since collecting.

i noticed a squeak/creak coming from the steering when parking and at low speeds - you wouldn’t hear it if the radio was on - any ideas?

If it wasn’t so quiet in the cabin you probably wouldn’t notice it but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this - 67,000 miles on it with full service history and well looked after from what I can tell. 

Update - had it looked at by a garage I use for tyres and it’s not the steering, it’s one of the suspension control arms creaking/squeaking - will need changing.

Ensure the tracking is measured, and adjusted if necessary, once the arm had been changed.
