Hi. I’m swapping doors over after a slight bump. Are these removable to swap over? Mines had the black plastic trim. New door doesn’t have the same rubber. TIA

The rubbers are changeable, ease them off gently Bit by bit avoiding bending them as much as possible, other parts will need removed first in allow them to come off properly 

Got it started at front. The glass is still in up position so can’t it out. Thinking I may need to remove window frame if possible or smash glass out
