Air suspension

Hi folks.  I have a Audi A6 bitdi 2012.  Had the front and rear arms replaced and knuckles replaced. Picked it up and now drives really hard, feel every bump etc.  Obviously going to take it back but any thoughts on what has caused that.  Clearly they have done something wrong.  I have been researching and some say on changing suspension parts you have to recalibrate it.

The air suspension sensors can be recalibrated but I shouldn't think you'd need to do that with the work you've had done.
