Mmi 3G low update and maps frustration

Featured Replies

Just traded in my A3 I’ve owned for the past 6 years for a Q5. Generally very happy, however I bought a Bluetooth to Ami module that refuses to be recognised. My system seems never to have had maps installed either. No matter what I’ve tried, I so far have failed miserably to update it or install maps from an official SD card. According to everything I’ve researched I’ve got the correct update, but the device just gives a conflict error. Apparently I’ve got MU9303 and the update refers to MU9307. My current system is BNav_EU_P0206_D1

Which should update to

BNav_EU_K0260_1_D1

Confused!!

If you've bought this from a dealer in the last 30 days then it's for them to fix free of charge if it's not been sold as described. As you're entitled to a full refund in the first 30 days after sale.
