S4 B7 front caliper. Looking for less heavy caliper

Featured Replies

(oooops... I put it in the wrong topic 🫣...my apologies, admin please help.)

Firstly my apologies for jumping in here with a question.

I own a Seat Exeo ST and a couple of years ago I installed Audi S4 (B6/B7) front calipers with the 345mm rotor's. The stopping power is great but...

I am from the Netherlands btw 😄 ... I also own a 1991 Audi 100 2.3e C4 ... with the great sounding 5 cylinder...

At that time already noticed that these single piston partly aluminium and cast iron calipers are pretty heavy.

My question is; does anyone know which Audi or Porsche, less heavy caliper is a direct bolt on replacement ?

Thank you for any help or comment.

This is the current setup:

I'd gladly do that if only I knew which forum to move it to. There are several A4 forums.

Of possible, move it to Audi A4 (B7) Forum.

Thank you.
