Hi all, just to introduce myself, I'm Charlie based in Weymouth. I've had a weird issue with my Audi A3 1.8 SE 2000. The wipers, indicators, fan/air-con don't work and the ABS light is on. This all suddenly happened. My mechanic has replaced the relay behind the hazard switch and still no joy.  Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks

I suggest you get it scanned by a professional code reader as a first step. Cheap readers are inadequate for the job.

If that can not be done or it does not reveal anything significant it's likely that either the battery is dying or the instrument cluster is faulty. The battery should be tested professionally, under a heavy load. The cluster can be repaired if necessary by several companies at a fraction of the Audi cost.

Hi thanks for the reply. I did see it but apologies for not posting sooner. It turns out to be a fuse box issue. A new one is £600 from Audi, obviously have bought a second hand one for £150 Many thanks for your response.
