Audi a6 blowing

Featured Replies

Hi guys.

im new and dont know if this is right place or been asked before as i couldn’t find anything.

I have an Audi a6 2.7 tdi. I’ve developed a problem which I thought was a blown exhaust gasket drivers side, so ive replaced the gasket and noise is still there.

I’ve had a look and right next to manifold is a little hole where it’s blowing from.

can anyone shed any light on how to fix this?

thank you

The only hole I see next to the stud is the square exhaust port. Assuming you don't mean that, then a better picture is needed.

Just above that directly next to the stud to the left. The manifold literally just misses it when it’s bolted up. Will try get better pic tomoz.

cheers
