Hiya guys I recently bought an a4 1.8t cabriolet, flew through an mot and been driving mint until I went from middlesbrough to Glasgow, after about 2 hours driving I put my foot down for an over take and the car was popping spluttering and really jercky. Now I've had it plugged in and its cam up with 16497 (air intake temp sensor) before I throw money at this will the new part fix/solve my issue.. any help would be appreciated cheers guys

Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch. I'd go with what the code reader has said. Alternatively it could be the maf sensor, fuel filter, can sensor.

Hi guys a quick update on my driving issues, turned out my injectors were the cause of my issues, I've put 440cc injectors in and it drives a lot better, due to a broken n75 valve im not getting much boost but I've a new one on the way, now do I get the car mapped again or get the original injectors serviced decisions decisions 🙃

Well final update, the new n75 valve is on and it looks like the cars getting another remap 😁 no bottom end boost due to bigger injectors
