A4 Avant (2014) - MMI is stuck on {Audi Logo} Screen.

I have a Japanese imported Audi A4 Avant (2014). Unfortunately I messed around in the green menu and found out...

The MMI screen is now stuck on the Audi logo screen. 

Can I re-flash the MMI unit back to the original software or an update version of it so that it works? I plan to put a CarPlay unit in it but want to get the MMI working first.

Can this be done with the correct software on an SD card? - any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe its the MMI 3G High (HNav) - current firmware would be something like HNAV_JP_K0206_7_D1 or HNAV_EU_K0257_6_D1

My mmi was bricked when the green screen was accessed when I first got the car. My only fix was vcds and go in and reset any alarm codes and remove the function if the extra menu.
