No heating

Hi all hope you are all well 

I’m having trouble trying to diagnose this problem hoping someone can help am not getting any heating in my car at first my temp gage was sat at around 60 degrees and stayed there wouldn’t move to normal temp even after driving for a while so recently had the thermostat replaced witch fixed the issue with the temp gage thinking this would fix the issue with the no heating in the cab but still no joy can anyone help me diagnose this problem

I’ve had the coolant fully flushed is this not the same as it’s part of the same System ?

If the matrix is blocked, then any amount of flushing is unlikely to result in a cure. 

You have to ensure the matrix itself isn’t blocked/ partially blocked, before moving on to other possible causes.

To add to Magnet's comment, and to answer your question, yes the matrix is part of the coolant system. To use an electrical analogy it is in parallel not in series if that means anything to you. In other words you can have perfectly good flow in the part that keeps the engine cool, but no flow through the matrix part.
