Allroad 2013 software update needed

Hi all

I was wondering where to go for a total software update as my car has had new rear level sensors and are not communicating with the rest of the cars module J197...

Recently faults suggested a problem with this module and also I cannot select the height at all as it's now blank and also the wheel lock icon has disappeared.

Any ideas how easy it would be to fix problem as it's not driveable and need it the be returned to normal.

It looks as if the software has been deleted or some of it has.
