Hello Chris,

You will certainly need  3 part clutch kit, and may well need to replace the flywheel - all of which is not cheap.
Due to the work involved, it would be unwise to just change one particular component.
You don’t tell us what the current symptoms are so it’s impossible for us to differentiate between hydraulic or mechanical components being at fault.

Regards,

Gareth.
p.s. Recommended brand for replacement parts would be LUK -if available where you are.

I i was looking at the luk parts little pricey but expected i will go with that 3 part meaning pressure plate clutch plate and throw out bearing or get the flywheel also that seems to be most expensive thank you very much for and info as there are not many people here that will work on it let alone i trust to work on it and might endcup doing it myself with help from my brother desiel mechanic

Chris.

You were not asked for your motoring history so please try to keep to the point. A wall of irrelevant text with no punctuation makes it difficult to decypher what your questions are.

So let's start again. What specifically do you want to know?

Ok sorry basically i need to know if i should buy the flywheel whole clutch kit or just a clutch disc although i havent dropped the transmission i just purchased it and got it home thank you

The whole clutch kit will be needed. A new flywheel? Well that depends how badly it is worn, however in your situation where parts are difficult or slow to obtain, it may be best to order a one one anyway to save having to strip the transmission twice.

Thank you i agree just on a budget for this but I will bite the bullet and order it all i dont want to mess with the transmission again for a while
