It means you have a poor or non-existant connection somewhere between the aerial and the radio. Do you have a meter to test for continuity at various points?

Thank you ill grab one and have a look.

Okay so ive now found out that my 2 communication fuses have 11.7mv

And 5.4mv if I pull the 11.7mv the other fuse goes to zero but if I pull the fuel pump relay they both go to zero ive checked fuse boxes i can't see any loose cables or any green on the fuses the boxes  look clean has anyone got any idea where I can check with these readings thank you

Do you have a fault Code as may help as there will be many different types of antennas on your vehicle

Fuses and fuel pumps have nothing to do with the radio. I was asking about testing the continuity between aerial and radio. If that means noting to you I suggest you visit an auto electrician.

Yea I have 00856 radio antenna

Yea I have 00856 radio antenna

I would start with the rear screen lines  and attenna boosters that are fitted behind the tailgate trims also checking the wiring that passes from vehicle body to tailgate as it’s constantly flexing
