Recall for Pretentioner / Seat belt 2026 model Q5

Featured Replies

Has anyone else had the latest Q5 Recall for seat belt pre-tensioner “recalled” ? More interestingly did anyone have the recall work carried out?

My 2026 Q5 was Recalled, however I received notice that the Recall was indeed Recalled which seems strange

Welcome Paul,

Yes, strange.

Would suggest you simply contact your dealer for clarification. It doesn’t really matter whether anyone else has been confused - you have - and that’s all that matters.

Please let us know how you get on.

Regards,

Gareth.

ThankQ for the prompt response, it was my local dealer that actually called me, I had my car booked in for the Recall work to be carried out (it was my Audi connect Phone App that actually notified me of the recall in the first instance ), my dealer called me to say the Recall was “recalled” by Audi, cancelled my booking and said if things change they will call me… that’s why I was interested to know if anyone actually did get the recall work carried out
