hazards are going off and now key remote wont work

Hello ive woke up a few times in the last 3 month and seen my hazards are going off and the battrey is dead on my audi a4 1.9tdi and the central locking isnt working ive had 2 new battreys put in but once in a wile it keeps happing anyone no why my hazards are going of for no reason
