snoddy37 Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Hi, I have an Audi A6 late 2009 model, the MMI system keeps freezing. some times it will reset straight away but other times may be several days this can happen 10 -15 per trip then not again for weeks. I have an intermittent problem selecting a media sourcein the MMI I.e. at present I get a perpetual 'loading' message for all media sources, jukebox, CD, SD cards. This started with the jukebox access and lasted a few days after which the jukebox HD was accessible again. The most recent form of the problem affects all sources.
