vcds fault p1570 any help please!!!

Hi Im after a bit of help iv always had some starting issues with my 2007 a3 tdi 170 and finally got vcds to do a scan fault that came back was p1570 - 008  intermittent, engine start blocked by immobilizer.  Iv looked on ross tech and the possible causes with 1 been the relay for the ecu.  Does anyone know where this is located I cant find it and as anyone else had this fault.  Any help would be really appreciated.

Where is the relay box located is it under the cover for the window wipers or just in the main engine bay.  Iv looked in the fuse box under the bonnet but it only contains 1 relay from what I can see.  Just want to know for definite before I rip car to bits.
