Bayliss53 Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 Hi Need help, I have a 2.0lt FSI Quattro Sline Special Edition. Couple of weeks ago the engine oil pressure light came on then the car stopped. The car went to the engineers who said the cam ceased then it broke the cam chain. The cams and the cradles they sit in are now scored. The engine centre said the head is scrap! I know the heads are alloy but is this correct, can't they be machined and have shells fitted?
