Just got my A4 TdiE today and just wanted to check something.

I am getting nowhere near the MPG figures quoted. I'm struggling to get above 35mpg. Could there be an issue or does this sound about right? I assumed I'd get somewhere near the Urban figures but it's even way off that.

That does seem a little low but what type of journeys have you been on with it so far? I would try it on a longer run and see how you get on.

 

I would be expecting at least mid to high forties to be honest. Have you also tried giving it a bit of a thrash through the gears to clear it out and putting some premium fuel in it?

hi I collected my new a4 136 ultra on sep 8 and mine was little low as well but improved soon after
