Could anybody tell me where I can get a new fob/key made at a affordable price please?

or if I buy a used key on a auction site can I get this re programmed to my Audi?

If it were me, I would find a good independent VW / Audi specialist repairer to code it to the car and maybe ask them the best ones to use for replacement and ease of coding then take it back there when you have sourced one at the right price.
