Hello guys, I have 2 A3's and would like to move the heated seats from one to the other. Has anyone ever done this before? If so, how hard was it to complete?

Never done it but would imagine if the 2nd car has the wiring for heated seats it should be straight forward 

found this not your car but cant see it being much different

Probably you would need to swap wire looms moduls seats , not sure where the controls are but these too and adaptations with vcds to code new modul
