Hi, I have a 2004 Audi S4 (B7) with Navigation plus MMI and TV tuner. I don't seem to be able to tune or find any stations at all. Any advice?

Hi Dan, the 2004 MMI probably doesn't have a digital tuner - ... sorry if that is the case.
There do seem to be some later editions on ebay.... though probably not the answer you are looking for.

It does have a Tv tuner , it's just I can't seem to tune into anything . It was an added extra on this vehicle.

If it was an optional extra in 2004 it wouldn't be digital compliant for the 2012 UK change to digital TV. 
If it was added when you bought the vehicle then check with the seller.... 

The only threads I can find about a 2004 B7 talk about it needing further upgrades to get digital tv
