SAt Nav Unit

Hi All. I'm new to this forum so please accept my apologies if forum etiquette isn't followed. I have a 2012 A3 Sportback 1.8 TFSI SLine Black Edition. I have the standard Audi concert system but I have noticed there is a nice Sat Nav media unit that you get in an S3. I was wondering whether I can install one in my A3, and if so, where can I get one from? Many thanks in advance.
