Hi was wondering if anyone can help. Took delivery of new A3 Sportback two weeks ago and realised the electric mirrors don't work.

When i turn switch either way they don't move. Thought it may be a fuse but it doesn't list it in manual so don't know what one to check.

Don't relish the thought of taking it back to dealership and losing it for a couple of days.

They are not folding mirrors by the way just adjustable.

When you switch left or right mirror and the adjusting dont work it looks like you need to take it back
