Iphone music help

Hi just picked up my new TT Black edition, problem is controlling my music via the car,  I have connected my iPhone 7 by bluetooth and can make calls and play music (Apple Music) but only by controlling it from phone?

The dealer said to use CarPlay but I can't find it anywhere in the display, I have the technology package but am just at a loss as to how this connects. If anybody can help Id be very grateful.

I belive carplay and android play was an option and not included in the tech pack 

Book yourselves back to audi and ask them about it.
