Headlight replacement

I'm trying to get the headlight bulb out of my 2013 S5. I can easily remove the rubber weather cap and the power lead but can't see or feel how the bulb is secured into the mounting.

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Hi Matt welcome to the forum, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) 

Usually the bulbs are a twist type and normally removing  parts such as the air box or piping should make it easier. That's what I've found on my a6.
