  3. Thanks Gareth Audi parts did say they have some tape that i can try..I'll pop over there later ..my brother works on car bodywork repairs and mentioned maybe using a bond if it fails again but id rather use the tape ...I'll let you know how it goes..cars getting older now..already changed the compressor and air bag ..the actual relay sent with the new compressor was terrible. Also need to change one of the rear shock cover/bump stops. That cant be too difficult..
  4. Thank you Gareth I found a company in the us who make a wide variety of hoods for all makes of cabriolet cars and they serm to have very good reviews
  5. I've used A&A motors in Hull several times - maybe worth giving them a call to discuss your options.

  9. Thanks cliff, hopefully someone sees this and can pick it up
  10. Thanks, I will do. I did a 85 mile journey today, mainly on motorway (@ 65/70 mph), and it did 71.8 mpg - it's remarkable. However, on our last touring holiday in France in May/June, I got 51.6 mpg with the A4 3 litre TDI Quattro, ironically the best it ever achieved. John
  11. Sorry for late reply. My car has factory fit sunroof. sidesteps and tow bar. There are no towing restrictions,
