  1. I believe it's a shell job. Not taken a very close look myself but bolt ons seem to be small company affairs. Glen!
  2. From what I know; I think that the S3 does have a different front bumper style. From what I know it should have larger air intakes and be slightly lower to the ground.
  3. It is a good idea. Of course the driver always has the final word on the radio :) Glen!
  4. From what I know you should be able to link it up. My thought on this is that the Bluetooth is throwing it out of sync as I've had similar issues with Bluetooth devices in the past. The Q7 should have a display showing which device is paired up at that time. Pair the two devices and then select in the car which device you want to use. If this doesn't work then come back post again and we'll try something else. But I think this is the problem. Glen.
  5. I think Steve has the problem down. That's my first thought anyway because it there were another problem then I doubt your switch would work. Glen.
  6. I bet Alice is pleased to now be a part of the club. Welcome Alice. Glen!
  7. There's a whole club of people out there. Welcome to it :). Glen!
  8. Welcome aboard mate. I don't think you will be disappointed by your new car :) Glen!
  9. Hi Liverpool. Good to have you on the club. Glen.
  10. You could set an asking price for it here and see what happens. Autotrader is also an option. Glen.
  11. I've just done a Google search and apparently there's a place called EliteAutotune. Not sure on costs for that though.
  12. Glad to hear it's sorted. Time to enjoy the motor. Glen.
  13. Welcome to the club mate. Hope you enjoy your stay. Glen.
  14. I wouldn't have thought to disconnect the battery. That's definitely worth a try, a lot cheaper than replacing the cluster. Glen.
  15. Welcome to the forum. Any further details on the problem? Nice ST btw. Glen.
  16. From what I know the V6 diesel is a pretty solid unit. Having said that I've not owned one. Glen.
  17. My first guess is that your starting motor is starting to go, pardon the pun. This is pretty much the first step. Glen.
  18. Yeah I would say your battery has lived its natural life. Once that starts happening it then moves on to not starting when you're out in public. Glen.
  19. Are you another Batman fan? We have Bats here. Welcome to the club from me and I hope we can help with your deeper understanding of the four rings. Glen.
  20. Sadly I have to agree with Batman. I'm not sure where you might find cheaper parts for the 80 because as Bats pointed out it's an old car. Unfortunately it's the price you pay for running a classic. It's mostly the same story with every out of production car. Then again, you may find a good deal if you search the EBAY and other stores like that. Glen.
  21. I'm doin good, I look forward to chatting with you and yeah, here's to that. Glen.
  22. Hi Nik, welcome to the club.
  23. You could try ebay or you could try Google shopping if you don't find the part on ebay. They normally see me right. Glen.
  24. There are a number of reasons why this might be happening as far as I know. I would go with what diagnostics says because it sounds like you implemented a temporary fix for the issue. I know it's not likely that all four would go down but I would point that nothing is impossible other than me flying to Mars without a rocket :) Glen.
  25. That would be awesome mate. Be nice to have that information for any future club members who want to do the same thing. Glen.
