  3. Erm.... 3 days to kill?
  4. Don't forget to see if they have the service history for the recon engine. I appreciate you have seen the history for the car but the recon engine will have it's own story to tell. If they've fitted an engine but have no service history for it then you could end up with various problems if it's not been maintained properly. Cheers Steve
  5. Great looking car :)
  6. Sorry to hear your having a bad time Richard but this is becoming a too common problem on vag cars. My dad's 2013 1.6tdi a3 and 2016 2.0tdi Passat both burned too much oil for our liking. Keeping working on them though as I do hope there is some factory good will they can do. Cheers Steve

The new Audi Q8 which was shown at both the Geneva and Frankfurt motorshows is set to be released for sale in 2018. The Q8 is Audi's new SUV flagship and competes against the Range rover. The drivetrain will include e-tron plug in hybrid which will be connected to a 3.0tfsi engine and fitted with Quattro. This engine will do 155mph and hit 0-60 in 5.4 seconds. Emissions was 53g/km of CO2. In fully electric mode the range is 37 miles and the battery will take 2 and half hours to charge from empty. It is also suspected that the V8 diesel engine as fitted to the SQ7 I will most likely be offered to the Q8. This engine is a 4.0 bi-turbo v8 which produces 429bhp. Here's the link for more info: http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/audi/q8/63643/new-2018-audi-q8-suv-specs-engines-and-release-date Cheers Steve
  13. You're welcome Karl :) I'd start off by removing the battery. You'll get a better view then. Cheers Steve

  15. Have you had a diagnostic check carried out at all? This definitely sounds like a wiring issue to me. Cheers Steve
  16. Well I'd just be careful. It might be worth you having an independent inspection carried out by companies such as the AA or RAC. If the dealer refuses or is reluctant then I would say the dealer or car has more to hide! Cheers Steve
  17. Above are 3 pics of Audi's in new york which I saw whilst I was away. Can you believe that whilst in the Caribbean I did not see ONE Audi!! Plenty of Jap cars though. Cheers Steve
  18. I would definitely keep one back as an example. Your the 3rd person now. I think Dunlop are trying to brush this issue under the carpet.
  19. Welcome to the forum Lee :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Great choice on having B&O it's a great system :) you should be able to adjust the settings in the mmi I believe. Did you not got a handbook with it when you colleted it? Cheers Steve
