  1. Get a vcds scan to check for faults. Xenons will have sensors on front and rear of the car . Also it could be the little motor that operates the lense
  2. I bet its the air mass sensor that is causing a fault . Glow plug warning is the engine limp mode ( not the actual glow plug issue ) . Get a vcds scan to show faults
  3. Halfords can mix any paint in store . I got a 300mil spray can made of my dytona gray pearl few months ago. Just give them the paint code wait 10 min and done. You can get either a spray or a touch up bottle
  4. Also here is a link to the a6 c7 modules tree that will show up in vcds . Have a read http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Audi_A6/S6/RS6/allroad_(4G/FC)
  5. This would be a good start. Have a read and see with one you want to do. Pm me here or send me your number for whatsapp https://forums.ross-tech.com/showthread.php?8599-C7-Audi-A6-Vagcom-Tweaks
  6. I think there is a button on the wiper stalk to change what you see there
  7. Trip 1. Audi has short amd long memory for trip computer Short is 1 and long is 2 🙂
  8. 1500 for a timing change is cheap to be honest. Most indy will charhe same or more . Its a engine out job and they will be done using audi parts. Also you will get warranty on the work and new chain,, tensioners etc. So i think its a good deal Not doing the chain could be catastrofic to the engine and the car
  9. Hey mate. Im in surrey, guildford. Nice to have you with us
  10. I belive its 60k or every 5 years with ever comes first
  11. A6 c6 runs audio on MOST ( fiberoptics ) with limits options You can do one of these - fm bluetooth trasmiter - retrofit ami and get tune2air - install dension 500 with our without bt depends what you want
  12. Hi denis Firstly you have a6 c6 , not c5 🙂 now second is to establish what mmi have you got ? Mmi2g or 3g ?
  13. What are you looking to get ? AMI retrofit or an anftermarket solution ?
  14. Just spray them the colour you want without dismantling 🙂
  15. Check mmi settings. Some cars have an option either to auto on when reverse or auto on when front wipers are on etc...
  16. Cool. In the meantime gwt a vcds scan for faults . It should show what exactly it was
  17. Get it to diagnostics to sww what sensor needs replacing
  18. Nice But if you want off road you bought the wrong car haha. You would need to change springs to se , shocks , 18" wheels , then have traction set up etc... Is it 2.0 or 3.0 ? When buying springs you need to concidre weight limits.
  19. So i presume you have sline version? that is 30mm lower then se
  20. Like steve said you wont feel much diffrence between 35 or 40 wall . If you have sline suspension then replacing springs to se would be the way. Also going to 18" you may lose qround clerance a bit 19" rim will fill 255 40 tire btw 🙂
  21. Usualy its the plug going to the epb motors on the back wheels. When the fault happens pull the epb button and see if you can hear both motors applying the brakes on only one side
  22. I have 19s lemans wheels and im looking for rotors like yours so if you will be selling let me know
  23. Personaly i dont like any logos or surrounds. So i got new plain plates from halfords with just the number plate. Its much cleaner look
