Replacing complete boot

Hello I’m wondering if anyone has any info on removing my boot on the A3? There are torque bolts one at each side on the top hinges. But there’s part of the bracket that is sitting on a threaded end? How do I remove this bolt as I cannot access the head of it. Any advice or guides would be appreciated

at a guess i would say the grey trim has to come off to access the nut head from the inside
