Electric windows

Featured Replies

Hi All

I'm new to owning an Audi and just wanted to ask.  My brother in law can open his windows with his key on his VW golf.  Can you do the same with any Audi A3? Do you have to enable a function through the cars computer to do it?

Hi Mark you'll be able to do this with your a3. If you press and hold the unlock button down then all electric windows should lower. If you press anf hold the lock button then the windows will go up.

I believe all Audi's and Volkswagens since 2002 have had this feature.

Cheers

Steve

I have a 2015 A7 and had to code them to open on the key.

How did you code your key?
