Steering rak

Featured Replies

Hi,

i have a perfect condition Audi convertible 2.8 man final edition sport red wine unbuckle leather interior until some one hit my N/S wheel causing some slight damage including the rack. A power steering reconditions said “ no problems we will fix/ recon it”  problem is they have said I can’t be repaired. As the part is no longer made i’m Having an impossible task finding one. I have a part no: 8A2422065BX given to me by a dealer and a no: taken off the old rack ZF7881955335 which is the manufacture.

Does anyone know of anyone breaking a sport model or any where I could possibly get a replacement from?

Hello Mark.

Register your requirements with one of the on line seconhand parts finder sites which notify all scrap yards loged into their system. Just Google scrap yard parts finding should get you there. Partsfinder - I think - is just one.

Kind regards,

Gareth.
