Does anyone know if the A3 S line has headlight washers. I have the cut outs in the bumpers but they don't seen to open and spray when lights are on and windscreen washer activated?

It's the same on mine. Self levelling but no washers.

I have an A4 s line. Just failed my first mot due to inoperable headlamp cleaning device. It turns out that the washers only work if the dip headlights are on and will only work if the water reservoir is about e 50% full. The system recognises the water  level and gives priority to the windscreen and so the jet system won't operate. This is an mot fail when the solution is just to maintain good water levels. I was told at the mot centre that this was a common problem. Interesting that no one recommends arriving at the test centre with a full reservoir to avoid such a minor fail.
